What to expect when you place your order with us.

Just know that your private information is protected! We do not send email solicitations nor do we sell our customers mailing addresses or phone numbers. Your information is only used by us to get your item to you quickly and efficiently.

You will receive a written order confirmation: When you place your order, we will email you a confirmation within minutes complete with all the details including costs and the delivery address.

 

BIGTOOLRACK SHIPPING POLICY

The BIGTOOLRACK is  over 170 LBS and must be shipped via freight line.

If you order the large metal Bigtoolrack you must have the ability to off load the item with a forklift or have a dock for the carrier to off load the rack. Normally you can expect delivery in about 2 weeks (most are delivered in less than 2 weeks). Items shipped via freight lines require shipping to a commercial address.  You will be responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck - please call us as soon as you place your order if you cannot unload the shipment.  

 

Returns Policy

Returns are welcome within (14) days for a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred. No returns will be accepted after (14) days of receipt of the item(s). Please Note: If the item that you purchased included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping for purchased items and all costs related, are the responsibility of the customer. 
Items must be in new condition, returned in their original packaging, and should visibly reference an RMA # issued by our customer service staff. 
Refunds take approximately a week to process upon return of the item(s), and after all return policy terms have been satisfied
